Sri sagar Capital Private Limited, is a Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) duly registered with the Reserve Bank of India vide Reg No. N-13.02393 having its headquarters at 309, Wing A, City Point, Dhole Patil Road, Pune–411001. We received the Certificate of Registration to commence / carry on the business of non-banking financial institution from RBI, effective from 25th September, 2020. The company was formed on 04/11/2019.

The directors of the company are:

  1. Mr. Satish Kumar Jain, CEO & Promoter, Director (Ex GM, Union Bank of India & IP).
  2. Mr. Deepak Singhal, Independent Director (Ex ED, RBI, and Director in IDBI Bank & Nab Kissan Bank).
  3. Mrs. Suman Jain, Director (Financial Consultant).

  • He is qualified M.Com, C.A.I.I.B and IP.
  • He is having rich experience of more than 38 yr in thin banking industry of about 38 years.
  • He has a vast experience in dealing of all type of account like retail, mortgage, manufacturing, sugar industry, iron and steel etc.
  • He lastly retired as Field General Manager (FGM) from a reputed nationalized bank.
  • He has a experience of Insolvency Professional of more than 4 years.

Mrs. Suman Jain

Director

  • She is M.A. Economics.
  • She is in the consultancy business since last 5 years i.e. 5 January, 2017.
  • She is associated with this company since formation.
  • She has the experience in dealing of Accounts like retail, mortgage, manufacturing industries etc..

Mr. Deepak Singhal

Independent Director

  • He is a qualified M.A., M.B.A., C.A.I.I.B., PGDRM, and has rich experience in banking industry.
  • He has served for 37 years in Reserve Bank of India..
  • He is on the Board of IDBI Bank Ltd. and Scheduled Commercial Bank, regulated by RBI, as an Independent Director.
  • He is also the member of RBI Services Board. He is also serving as Independent Director in Nabkissan Finance Limited.
  • He is an Independent Director of Srisagar Capital Private Limited.
